Just announced that the prosecutor will NOT be using the Grand Jury. She is not saying whether she will be pressing charges.Protecting the sheep from the wolves that want them, their family, their money and full control of our Country!

Just as suspected. This is spreading around the country. Al Sharpton's heading for Tulsa to whip up the blacks about the shootings there and now we have a black male that shot a white man. The shooter claimed the man had a pipe when all he had was a leash with a labrador retriever on the other end. They haven't arrested the man yet.

My guess would be that tomorrow they take Zimmerman in or otherwise let him know he must show up for court on such and such date. Effectively drawing this out another couple months or whatever. They'll wait till the heat of the summer then give him a less than murder charge after a highly publicized trail.www.homesteadingandsurvival.com

My money will be on Involuntary Manslaughter although it doesn't necessarily fit the elements of the crime. Time in? Maybe 6 months and possibly overturned in appelate court. Maybe even 2nd Degree murder, but I doubt that.
They (the ambigious "they") will want to do something to attempt to stave off action by certain groups. But I fear the window is rapidly closing if things keep going they way they are.
And this does not mean I feel he is guilty of anything. Just facing reality and what I figure "they" will do to placate the masses.Experience is a cruel teacher, gives the exam first and then the lesson.Comment

Another case of "appease the masses" by making an example (probably without bite) of someone.
Further actions will no doubt be taken by retaliatory groups to prove some sort of point.
They will expect tp hide behind the "He got away with it" defense. Not expecting to be held to the "but you knowingly committed a crime" prosecution.
Then in will ride Jesse and Al to remind us that whats fair for the Zimm, is fair for whoever, no matter their intent during the altercation.
Cooler heads will prevail - I HOPEDo the right thing, because it is the right thing to do!Comment

I don't know how often this happens, but seems like someone got mad at a police car:
Police said no one was inside the cruiser, but gunfire knocked out at least one window on the car. Witnesses said they heard at least six shots; at least two bullets hit the patrol car.---------------

Happened in Gainesville, early this morning:
The man was walking home from midtown bars in Gainesville Tuesday morning when he said he was jumped by five to eight men who yelled "Trayvon" before the attack.
The shouting sounds to be a reference to Trayvon Martin, the 17-year-old Miami native who was shot and killed in February in Sanford while walking back to his father's girlfriend's house. George Zimmerman, the man who shot Martin, has not been charged.---------------
