I usually try to stay away from political comments but, I found the comment by the AG Holder very frightening. It was in reference to killing USA citizens overseas by Presidential decree. I think this is a clear violation of the 4th , 5th and other amendments that I'm not personally smart enough to know about.
Once this gets established that it's OK to kill 'terrorist' overseas, what about fugitive suspected felons are they next? What about domestic terrorist on US soil??? Are we going back to the days of wanted dead or alive???
But then part of me says there are some folks who just need to be killed.
I think it just needs to be done in an open forum not by some secret death panel or just political appointees. Oh yeah that what judges are, appointed. Even though I don't like our justice system, I think we can't bypass an individuals right to a fair trial.

They have already killed at least one American citizen already. I guess they are wanting to do more or just cover their tracts.

As you said some of these "people" may need to be killed like a rabid dog, but they should not be able to by pass law to do it. It should be in the open not decided behind closed doors.

When you start by passing laws for what every reason " for the comman good, for saftey, it takes a village, or what ever the new excuse is, they start down a slippery slope.

I am probably in the minority here and elsewhere . I believe they are in the right on this one . You go live with the enemy in a foreign land that we are in the process of bombing and trying to kill as many terrorists as possible , you spout off about we are the enemy and should all die . You plan and execute terrorist acts that take the lives of Americans . To me IMO you lose the rights of other Americans , I can see if there is a doubt , but when you are in videos telling others to kill as many Americans as possible , I wouldnt pi$$ on you if you were on fire . There is a difference between someone video taping rants and spewing garbage then a person who flat out tells others to go kill and then tries to execute his own plans on videos . A bombing of him was too clean , drawn and quartered would have been better . When you move to a foreign country and start attacking Americans you lose your rights , no if and or buts .

Your not alone and i have no issues pulling the trigger. Lots of so called americans have been off'd by agencies and units there have just have to have been special arrangements made. There are some folks that need killin. Borders are only lines on a map to people who live without rules anyway and allowing them to falsely believe that they can violate our rights under the guise of a international safety net can not be allowed.
On the domestic terrorist, sure wish someone had put a round in that POS at the federal building so my neighbors, friends and family didnt die, suffer and still live with the truama of what was done. I almost lost my wife and kids, to h... with his "rights" just because he was an American. That other one enjoys a special diet, safety, privacy and whines constantly because his rights are violated in Illinois. Unfortunately, the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act give the President the authority to decide who is a terrorist, and have him/her imprisioned indefinately, without charges filed; or simply killed. American citizen, or not; overseas, or right here in America.

Well, this is like trying to balance on a razor blade. One quick jerk and OUCH!! Yes I do hate the fact that people "hide" behind rights, and left wing liberal nuts are saying nonAmericans have the same rights as Americans (so make sure you vote out all the Democrats). HOWEVER, as said Hitler would be proud, if you keep allowing more and more to take rights away in order for safety when will it stop? When we are forced to live within a walled city, show "papers" and "permit" to leave said city to travel to another city? That way they can LOCK US DOWN and completely control crime? Several people have been "framed" by the people you are so willing to give the power to take away rights. What if they turn around and say "let's try proabition again"??? Are you willing to give up alcohol completely? Or worse, make a federal law against stockpiling ammunition (as this is obviously a terrorist act) and says no gun owner can have in their possession or on their property more than 20 rounds of ammunition? INSANE? That is how it starts my friend, by saying "we will be safer"...

This curdles my blood. It is a slippery slope (as even the liberals like to call it) they are on. I do not coutenance the killing of anybody without due process by a government entity; if they need killing all that bad, the judicial watchdogs would see that. If a war is all that necessary, congress should see that. I am sick and tired of being told 'we are in a war' which is obvously true, when nobody bothered to go thru channels and legally 'declare' war. What happened to the checks and balances? How long will it be before many activities we take for granted are outlawed, and those who do not comply will be deemed 'worth killing' even before they do anything for which death is a penalty. Or worse yet, when the death penalty is imposed on more and more things to maintain control?
I used to think our society was going down the tubes - it appears we are circling the drain at the bottom of the tube now faster and faster....especially now that we have supreme court judges who think the constitution is a living document that can be changed to suit the times (read suit the whim of the government). Just because something is legal don't make it right, as we all well know.

Matt I'm glad your family survived the Murrah bombing. I was about 7 miles north at a red light and my whole suburban shook and rattled. I thought maybe a close by oil tanker had exploded. Found out what happened about 5 minutes later when I got to the church my wife worked at. She thought it was a sonic boom at first.
