    Anyone hear about this to verify? And, any of you in I/T, is this possible?

    I don't know anything about that kinda stuff. That makes it more scary.

      told my boss I couldnt work if i couldnt surf the net some so i wasnt planning on coming in, Cant tell you what was said here :)

          but seriously folks, mostly likely not a big deal, maybe like 5 computers will be affected because they still run netscape 4.0 or something.

            well any pc on a windows domain will have already quit working right by now. any domain controller infected would also not be working right. DNS isn't just used to find the ip of google.com. its used for a metric ton of stuff on a corprate windows lan.

              i set my DNS to google's DNS...not my ISP's...hope they weren't infected...


              Who is this Avira company anyways?? They might be installing a Trojan on your PC with their FREE fix!!

                Towards the bottom of the article, there's a link to a site where you can check to see if your computer is infected.
