Let alone get it all on in the US Army alotted time for donning all of it :) I sucked at getting on the mask in time. Had to retest on that one several times in basic.

How much time does the Army allow now? I forgot what it was when I was in.

Dunno what the current standards are, been out a few now, think it was like 8 minutes for full MOPP but if you put on a suit, mask with no hood and no gloves and no boots and then get exposed you will die. NBC is an area that is unforgiving and can not be 1/2 stepped.

OMG..... We are one disc into the 2nd season and sheeesh these folks are killing me....

Seriously folks, make sure you get the memo-

1. All black gear has been out since 1980- it makes you look like a wanna be SWAT ninja AND most importantly, does not blend in well in the field.
2. Get rid of the freaking cases of 8 ounce bottles of water will ya!!! Seriously most of those bottles biodegrade too quickly, break too easily, can't be stacked high in storage, etc. We used to buy cases for the gym and invariably 2 out of 24 would break just in the darn truck ride to the gym.

And for the PSA-

Don't be (YET ANOTHER) jackarse on there talking about how your soooooo concerned about California falling off into the sea that you bought millions of dollars of crap yet still live next to the damn coast in California!! You look like a total boob when you say that- or the infamous "Yellowstone volcano". If your so damned concerned about it MOVE.

It's bad enough the show is full of SUBURBANITES that are unwilling to make LIFESTYLE changes but think that fantasy plans like involving the entitlement neighbors after the fact will work.

Come to think of it, almost ALL the chicks in this second season so far have been wearing tank tops? WTH is with that?

The Mormon guy with the big family with the belittling wife was the only one so far that at least dressed appropriately.
