    That would be in your best interest to give you that moment of lull before it all sinks it to do whatever it is you need to do otherwise you might get another escort.

      Nothing would surprise me with people. A lot will depend on the neighborhood. In the tough parts of town the party will be breaking into the local Best Buy for "Free Stuff". In upper class neighborhoods people will most likely not think the power will be out long since the Government will take care of it and them. If you can move while people are still sitting around waiting for what comes next you may have an advantage. I am working with a new guy to our company this week and I gave him standing orders to get the heck out if anything happens in his area. He is in a high risk area for hurricanes. i don't want any one of our people to wait to move. We got our people out a long time before Katrina hit New Orleans and we were glad we did.

      I would say you have less than 24 hours to make your move in a SHTF situation. In some cases it would be more like 2 to 3 hours max. GB
