People search engine and free white pages finds phone, address, email, and photos. Find people by name, email, address, and phone for free.
Follow the instructions to remove your info from this site. Your info is still out there in publicly available sources so this just removes your from this site and DOES NOT remove your info from the source.
We got rid of our land line so we don't show up in phone books. Got to watch your social media profile too make sure your info is private. Then that just leaves your public records, marketing surveys, online maps, and real estate records."It's a trap!!!!" -- Admiral Ackbar

Have your house address transferred to a trust.Originally posted by SCinPNW View PostInteresting site. What is even more interesting is that they do not have either my name or my husband's name, however, they have an aerial picture of the neighborhood and our address is associated with the house across the street with the names of the couple who used to live there. You can see our house in the aerial view but there is no information attached to it. Evidently I have done something right as I periodically search on our names and try to scrub our info from the internet. Now I just need to get rid of our address as asscoiated with the house across the street.

Then all they will get is the address of the law firm that filed the trust.

Can you do that if you still have a mortgage on your house? --- haven't found anything on this yet but I did find some info.Originally posted by Klayton View PostHave your house address transferred to a trust.

Transferring property to a living trust means you are giving up personal ownership of the property. This means you could have trouble selling the property in the future, if you ever need the money. Thus, you should not put your house in trust if you foresee needing to sell it at any time in the future.

I wonder would you still get the interest from the mortgage payments deducted if you put it in a trust? I am thinking that most mortgage companies won't let this be done until you own the home free and clear. Just a guess though.

YES you are correct it does make it more difficult to sell the house, but not impossible. The trust can be revoked/cancelled, normally the current person with property rights is all it needs and you just refile with the law office that set up the trust. Not sure about the mortgage payments interest though.
The idea of trust is secrecy AND avoidance of taxes when you pass (not sell) your property down the family tree... =)
