darn it...thought i had more opsec with not having a landline....they must get info from somewhere...noticed they missed some neighbors at the end of my street...hmmm got to scrub my data

I created an account and I am attempting to remove my listing from this site. takes 24 hours

So far it looks like it removed my name from the address listing...might have worked.

        Pluses and minuses

#1 my current home is there with phone number- minus
#2 my Bol is under a different name as we made up a trust to get it- plus
#3 I can see the names of all the folks near my Bol- plus
If I can get rid of the minus, then it"s not all bad

Ugh! I hate those sites! I've removed the members of my household, but this isn't the only site that has that info available.

I created an account and then removed my name from the address in the account section...they don't ask for information to confirm that it really is you sooo i don't know how full proof it is. IMO they shouldn't post your info out there unless you have a land line but who am I.

Interesting site. What is even more interesting is that they do not have either my name or my husband's name, however, they have an aerial picture of the neighborhood and our address is associated with the house across the street with the names of the couple who used to live there. You can see our house in the aerial view but there is no information attached to it. Evidently I have done something right as I periodically search on our names and try to scrub our info from the internet. Now I just need to get rid of our address as asscoiated with the house across the street.

on the right side of the screen there is a Log In link click on it and register then once you got that go to account then you should be able to claim that address your name is listed at then once you claim it you can remove it from your account that is the only way to get your name off of the address that i know of.

Personal info is really troubling but their satellite imagery is WAY out of date. My old neighborhood (I just moved out of there) is at least 3-4 years old.

                          White pages as well.
I know the sat imagery and info is out of date in some places BUT if you look around there are others that are not. I am very glad to see the additional input and the fact that you all are checking and looking. I know there are good uses but IMO the bad uses far outweigh but then again i'm paranoid
                          right????
