OK I heard Joyce Riley talk about this last week for just a little bit and said to go to Infowars so I did. From what Alex and a guest said is that its plans on how the Feds are looking for bids for running the so-called FEMA camps during a collapse. I have read some of the documents and I just cant make sense of the whole thing.

I personally think Alex Jones was "created" to stir the pot. Sorry but I ain't buying what this clown says. Never have.

In this "Age of Information" I think most of this type of stuff is false and is created like fiction books just to give people something different. IF something like this was going on, there is no way that it could be concealed to this type of degree. I personally dont believe it. Yeah the economy sucks and the world sucks right now but its not going to be like 1984 or Red Dawn or even Robocop. 5-8 years ago I would have thought of this as the gospel, I have now grown up and see most of this "alex jones fear mongering" as poop.

FEMA has put out for bids for building and securing "camps" supposedly as refugee camps to be used in huge national disaster situations. The bid documents are real and following standard governmental policy for securing outside government contractors. Of course they also could have a multiple usage especially with looking fat the bid requirements/criteria for "military" style security of said camps that would be available and in place on a 72-hour call up!
