  • "... and evil is not overcome by fleeing from it." - Jeff Cooper

Do you know what your state laws are about using lethal force?

No, I mean, really, do you know? Do those in your life know?

As of today, I no longer have a presumption/duty to retreat when attacked in my own home, my vehicle or my place of business. North Carolina finally has a decent Castle Doctrine after 112 years of continual power and control by anti-rights politicians in the NC General Assembly.

My understanding is several laws get changed with this bill and I need to get the full details. One of the big changes I heard (have not verified) is that in City/State parks will allow Concealed Carry.

I only recently completed my CC permit class but during the course they mentioned several times that their were some pretty important changes come December 1st.

    Thanks,

    Kaleb

Arkansas doesn't have a specific "castle" doctrine, but there are laws already on the books that are very generous to the defender of the castle.
