"Baby in bucket" is photoshopped in...note daylight shining on face, while all others at that level are shaded...not to mention inconsistencies with the rear 4 passengers...

When I was stuck in Korea, not one of the people on motorbikes/scooters wore a helmet.
As for the birth control, well once again, when I was stuck in Korea, kids were a valuable treasure (read free labor). Now this part here is rumor so dont hold me to it, but I was told they still "pay" to marry daughters in Korea. Sometimes as much as a full year's salary is paid to the father of the prettiest girl in the village. Again, this part is rumor spread around by GIs so not 100% positive on that part.
As for paying for birth control, well, they can do like the French government advocated at one time for free birth control... (I will let you research that on your own, LOL )Comment
