I hope yall make it through the evening without #3 paying you a visit.
Read somewhere on the net today (sorry, lost the site with the link) that back in 1811 there were several "small quakes" in your neck of the prairie before the New Madrid went KABOOM! I hope that is not the case but it makes ya wonder.
Hang in there Oklahoma folks....You know what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like this?

Dang bud, either Mother Nature is testing her equipment on yall, the man upstairs is not a sooner fan or a H.A.A.R.P. scientist spilled his coffee on the control board. I read that in 2011 Oklahoma has hit records in every type of weather related phenomenon ever. You know what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like this?

Some of us (o.k. me) were joking around with you about the quakes but all kedding aside I'm glad everyone is okay! There was nothing funny about the damage shown on the evening news. Now having said that, you best wear you helmet to bed tonight!"Well, you know what they say: 'Good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgment. '"

All for it specially on friday nights, oohh fracking in the oilfields, well I aint sure, they swear it doesnt mess with nothing but i dont see how, everything else we tinker with gets messed up, cant be replacing one substance with another thats not of the same consistancy and expect things to stay the same in the ground but also why does the rumblin only happen in specific spots when the oil fracking stuff is everywhere. I dunno, i'm not that smart, whats you guys thoughts?Originally posted by Benn Gleck View PostMatt our prayers are with you.
Whats your thoughts on fracking, you think it has anything to do with the quakes?
Just wondered, they're starting fracking here in Ohio and I'm not sure how I feel about it.

5 min's before that I was yelling at the kids to stop running up stairs. I thought they were doing it again and started hollering..lol
My daughter came down lickety-split declaring that it wasn't them this time it was another earthquake!
Besides that were riding out a rather nasty thunderstorm. Between the claps of thunder and the quake rumbeling it's been...interestingA desire changes nothing, a decision changes some thing's, but determination changes everything.
