While I wait for the answer, I can tell you that several popular Militias are not labeled as such and there as are several other ethnic groups that have Militias as well that this would simply not be possible. Being labeled a Anti-Gov Militia will get you a higher priority in many circles than just being racist anyway.

It was nice to watch that after the *****ing I just got done on FB. I have a bunch of EX friend who have been laughing about the whole OWS thing and it put me over the edge today when a couple of them were staight out laughing about Marine veteran Scott Olsen getting a fractured skull, from a police projectile it just made me sick. I might not agree with what some are standing up for but I have to back the 100% because if I dont when its my turn to stand up I hope I have some people backing me for my rights

I must be the 1% then cause these folks do not represent me. I agree with some things they say however what I heard locally at the rally was their rich and i'm not and the wealth needs to be distributed. I hate greed, dislike corp. CEO bonuses that are excessive when the Gov is bailing them out already etc but I also know that some of the companies that were started and became succesful happened because of great sacrifice so saying he is rich and i'm not waaaaaa all coming from 20yr old kids who havent even stayed up late to study much less build a company from sweat and blood, nope they dont represent me. There is no theme out there, it's everyone for themselves and "their" cause.

What kills me the most is the fact the left has jumped right in bed with them. They needed a counter to the highly successful TEA parties and they thought they have it with the Occupy folks.

Something you don't see at a TEA party rally. It's a rally, not a protest. And there is further reading at that article link. I read another one where people started getting cold and decided to pack it in. Not so much for your social injustice call and redistributing your wealth when your toes start getting cold. Like Matt, I'm not all for the big payoffs from the corporate arena, but at the same time, the stockholders in the company are the ones who need to hold their board members accountable, not someone who "thinks" they are being held down and thinks my money should go to them because I work a little harder for it.

Anyway, I'm just tired of hearing about it since half the people don't even know what "social injustice" is much less what it means to work a full day's job. This is just another reason for mob mentality and crying over the fact their laziness isn't paying off. This can get worse, but I see the movement running out of steam this winter, but to come back next spring when the weather turns warm again. And then I see it getting far worse. And that fat pig Michael Moore can go eat another pack of hot dogs and choke for all I care.

Just my two cents worth I'd rather spend on a rant here and won't give to redistribute

I'll post without commentary other than to say I'm not a fan of most 'border protection groups' because I think they are on an adventure in missing the point.

Maybe a better question would be to ask what the end goal is. These groups are jumping on a bandwagon that's already rolling, regardless of who got it started. The OWS people, from what I understand, are a group of disenfranchised people who are wondering when they get their shot at a slice of the American dream. They've seen their money become worthless, and the people who did that aren't being held accountable. Our rights are going away about as fast as they can without calling out the jackboots, and there are plans in place to use foreign troops if they decide to do that. A month ago I was stopped at a road check to verify my "License and insurance." I felt like saying, "My papers? Sure, here you go, comrade." No probable cause, nada, just stop your car and hand over your papers. You've all read about the raids on family farms, and the introduction of GMO foods that are causing more problems than they fix. I'm NOT political, at all, and have no interest in becoming that way, but it looks like some are trying to force us all to be. I do know when they order us to line up to get a chip implanted I'm going to be somewhere else, and will probably starve as a result, but I'm not taking a chip, barcode, or anything else. There are times when I feel like just turning off every news source I have and sticking my head under the blankets, but I also know that's not a solution. Maybe the OWS people will have some kind of effect. I don't know. I feel like they are at least getting off the couch and complaining. How many people out there are willing to do that much?

I think the OWS people will have an effect. They are the OVERT start of the socialist revolution that began COVERTLY in this country 40 or more years ago. This is the 2nd or 3rd generation "learnt" in the publix edumakation system who for the most part knows NOTHING of true history, politics, etc.

One of my friends I fight with regularly is a history teacher in another city. We were talking one day and I asked him what they were covering in class. He talked about a couple forms of government. I asked him what they taught our form of gubmint was and he dropped his eyes a little bit and then said "democracy." This guys isn't a dumbarse. I said "it's a constitutional republic." He replies "Yeah I know, but we HAVE to teach it as a democracy." I called my boy over and said "listen to what Rick just said" and had him repeat it. My son is like "no we are a republic." My buddy just smiled.

Yes the situation sucks badly. Yes our money has been manipulated for years. Yes a lot of people should be at the end of a short rope out of a tall tree, but we need to be absolutely careful that we are not sponsoring/supporting what will turn out to be a SOCIALIST revolution.

In the U.S. it was commonly believed that Castro was a good guy, NOT a communist, etc. early on. I'm pretty sure it won't be in the PC history books, but we supported that guy. It was only after power was consolidated that it was clear that they were communists.

This very same thing has played out TIME AND TIME AGAIN around the world my friends. A bunch of "impoverished farmers" joining ranks with a "revolution" for better "equality" and similar $hite only to find out later that they got hoodwinked.

Be forewarned America.

And don't ever believe the powers that be wouldn't LET all this crap happen, LET the excesses happen, the bailouts, etc. just to create the right conditions.

I'm guessing America's new socialism will look more like national socialism than Stalinist communism. Some private ownership of business versus everything being the states. A little fact the libs seem to forget is that the nazis were RIGHT NEXT to stalin and their beloved communists on the political spectrum.....
