But honestly...

and to be blunt.

not many of us would have fared better(i see plenty of tents,coolers and air matteress's at survival camp outs) ......that is beyond many peoples comfort zones...how they went into it.

I agree protus that I wouldn't have been "feeling fine". But if I had signed up for it (and particualry knowing I was signing up to be filmed and my behavior would be documented and broadcast), I sure as hell wouldn't have been sitting on my *** or whining all the time -- except I would probably have been *****ing about the lay-abouts.

I guess people signed up because they wanted to be on TV. I don't want to be on TV, but if I was going to be on TV, I'd want to leave a good impression.
