  • Trader says get prepared millions will loose everything within 12 months!

Picked this up from SurvivalBlog.com. An honest trader.

Focus particularly on minute 2:20 or so. He believes we have less than 12 months to get prepared.

I don't know about 12 months from now, but I'm betting on precious metals, specifically silver, as a long term hedge against inflation. Look at what we were paying for ammo just 3 years ago, much less 10 years ago or 20 years ago. Things like ammo would also be good, not just for SHTF scenario, but just saving $$ ten years from now when you want to go to the range. The same could be said for rice, beans, wheat, etc. Inflation won't stop as it is a form of taxation. Look at this site and just go back to 1980 and see what you have to spend today to get what you would have paid $20.00 for in 1980. Over that time there has been an inflation rate of 174.9%. I feel the market is for computers. The average citizen cannot compete unless they are lucky or following the market closely during the day...I don't have the time for that.

Just FYI.... from what I'm reading, it turns out that this guy isnt who he says he is...

Now, that doesnt mean he isnt correct in what he's saying, but this is important to know.

Isn't it funny though, how human nature is such, that we tend to lend more credit to things, which are similar to the beliefs we already hold, and are more skeptical to opposing views? It all sounded about right to me, so I didn't see any need to look further into it. Don't feel like you've been had monkeybird. Whether this guy is who he says he is or not, I bet his overall message is probably pretty accurate.

Like I said, doesnt mean the guy isnt accurate. He could be spot on. He just isnt who he portrays himself to be, thats all.

every month for the past hundred years(only 71 that I know about) someone has said get ready the end is coming next yr..LOL.. the best thing is to be prepared to live a few hard months and longer like a few yrs if you can afford it.If a person reads and believes all the propaganda and scare tactics on the net today, they'll go crazy. Not that i don't believe that we're sliding down hill, but when we hit bottom, it'll be be for a good many yrs til we come back up on top.

sensationalism is an integral part of American culture and politics. What people often call 'warning signs' are usually just speculation at best. When something bad does happen, it rarely announces its arrival. By all means, prepare for what is likely to happen in your local area. Just don't let some sensational mumbo jumbo hike up your blood pressure and give you a premature grave.
