I'm a dummy but the way I understand it is they dont show the prices of the stocks from other overseas markets that start before ours in the morning so folks can start trading without knowing whats really happening and they wont go into a panick swing
If I'm wrong someone help me out, cause i'm not very smart in this area

          I hear ya bro.

A friend was helping us do some electrical work at the house one time. I have this 5 gallon bucket full of coins (i.e, change). I said "Oh hey, be careful of my retirement funds!"
Boris- "He's famous, has picture on three dollar bill!"

Rocky- "Wow! I've never even seen a three dollar bill!"

Boris- "Is it my fault you're poor?"

I could be wrong but I think they have imposed the rule 48 several times in the past few months.....aug 8, 10, and 18th.....and I think 2 times this month excluding today.....Not 100% positive though....
