Contributing members/site supporters, check your profiles.

SGL21-61 set it up so you can upload an avatar/profile pic.

A public thanks to him for doing this, I couldn't get it squared away properly.

I just finished going through what I think was all of the supports and upgrading them into the contributors user group. if the option to upload an avatar is not in your "edit profile" section let me know. you MAY have to log out and log back in to see it or I might have missed your account.

I'm glad you posted this. It reminded me that when I had some paypal $, I was going to donate it. It isn't much, but I do appreciate all I have learned here.

How about a couple of hints on how to do that. I didn't see a button for editing my profile. Sorry for the hassel.

Top of the page, you'll see "Welcome <your name>" and beside it "Notifications," "My Profile" and "Settings."

Click on "Settings"

Left side of page, scroll down to "My Profile"

"Edit Profile" for anything you want to add.

"Edit Profile Picture" if you want a picture to show up when someone looks at your profile (I.E. Protus has a different picture on his profile than his Avatar)

"Edit Avatar" for adding in an avatar picture in the forums

"Edit Signature" to add in a signature line at the bottom of your posts.

So on and so forth.

It's beyond my Neanderthal computer skills then. I'd check with SGL21-61...

Are there ways to donate besides paypal? I don't have an account with them, and do not trust leaving my financial info on a web site.

thanks for your help, it now works. Should show donator from late Feb, I think by paypal.
