tks all for all the useful info..now who pays for the title insurance normally? if guessing id say the buyer..and how is the fees for this service set? are they based upon seling price,or is it a set standard fee set by the company/person doing the search? will most attorneys provide this service as well as look at contract to see that all is legit?
