I'll not deny a person's Freedom of Speech, even when I have the overwhelming urge to put that person in a Hurt Locker. Trust me, there are a lot out there, especially leftist, pinko, commy, limp-wristed, holier-than-thou's that should be sent to a place without the U.S. Military to gaurantee their freedoms to say and do what they want. With no Military, they have no Constitution. No Constitution means no Freedom of Speech, no Unreasonable Search and Seizure, no Rights. They will not be Citizens, they will be Subjects. Subjects live under the Fear of their Overlord. Overlords can and will do what They will damn well please, because Who will stop Them?

THE UNITED STATES MILITARY! How mant time have we gone in and took down some tin-horn dictator because it was the right thing to do, not because it was Politically Self-serving?

If you don't like it here, get out. Don't bring My Country down to the level of whatever cesspool you crawled out of to get here.

Sorry for the Rant. This message was brought to you by the letters "F" and "U".

You couldn't put me 'in a hurt locker' if you tried. Stop making foolish threats. The way we are using our military is what is destroying our country, breaking our treasury, and threatening our freedom. You're not going to destroy MY country by turning it into the kind of 3rd world cesspool that YOUR parents reared YOU in.

You want to fight for freedom? Get a job. Stop living off of my tax dollars, I don't want to pay for you to run around the world playing soldier.

Have you ever felt so strongly about something, that you would take an oath to protect it with your life? I think not.

Are you the kind of person that would sue over someone violating your rights but would not risk getting a hang nail to secure those rights? I am guessing so.

Do you feel like you are owed those rights and freedoms and that they come freely? Probably.

Would your parents, grand parents or great grand parents either understand or appreciate your attitude toward their country? I would be surprised.

Fortunately, everyone of our citizens are bestowed with the rights our fore fathers penned and fought and died for.....wether they deserve them or not.
Whats going on now, has nothing to do with 'your freedom', in fact, all this running around policing the world for profit is creating more enemies everyday, THAT is what is threatening your freedom. How would you feel if China put a military base in your town? Well thats about how other people feel about our presence. We were told we would be welcomed by the people of Iraq with parades and smiles, but we found quite the opposite. To date we killed over 100,000 Iraqi's and profits for private contract companies are in the hundreds of billions. The fact of the matter is, the military accounts for upto 57% of revenues...that means 57 cents out of every tax dollar goes to fund our military. A big percentage of that money goes to the very people who lobby to go to war. You are inundated with catch phrases and rhetoric about 'fighting for freedom', you regurgitate it but couldn't possibly give a logical explanation about what that means. This is why we are broke, that is why they cannot balance the budget and that is why our debt has grown out of all proportion.

The biggest threats to your freedom are coming from within, not from faceless enemies on the other side of the globe.

We didnt, we took care of them, guess you missed that in the news huh? We (Soldiers) took care of it. Not the Civilian organization who was allowing it, encouraging it and whislting as they walked away when it went south. No one is denying that it was wrong. They paid, we moved forward, you should too. You want 1000 photos, then serve and take your own. It's not a perfect organization but then where is one? The overall is GTG and if it wasnt then you would be treated like the syrians are today for even speaking like this. The mere fact that you can hide behind the screen, speak your piece and not get your head busted in is total proof that the people are still in control.

No according to some they will become evil mind controlled monsters bent on destroying all the good preppers!
I dunno if it is long term, maybe, probably where will anyone be? They work for pay like everyone else, who heres gonna stay if theres no pay or chance of it? I mean really who is gonna be loyal to wallie world and keep showing up after a collapse? There will a point with anyone. Ya better hope someone does or your gonna be speaking chinese, cause they are just waiting in the winds, on our fall, for the resources. Think when they go home someone aint gonna step in? Mexico, Russia, S. Korea, China think they all aint eyeballin us and the land, fuel, coal etc.?
If it's short term I can tell you from experience. They will be right where they are doing what they do. We didnt get paid once before and it took a long time to recoop because this instant banking stuff didnt exist back then nor did the wide use internet. Did my job anyway as did every person in there, no questions.
Shortly before I retired most of our post wasnt recieving about $350 of their pay every month, guess what, we did our missions anyway. Bill collectors breathin all over ya. It took anywhere from 9mths to 1 yr before it all got straightened out and still to this day am missing backpay. Anyone here wanna lose that at their job for that time and tell me about your loyalties? We lost 2 men during that time period, 2 were hurt and one went mentally though he came back round later. Tell me all about how you would still risk life and limb losing money where the wife and kid do without.

Prepare for whats real, facing you square in the face right now and leave the villanized boogieman out of it. There are plenty of threats out there

Was it wrong what happened in that prison? Probably... Did we actually torture the prisoners or just humiliate them? I have a hard time feeling sorry for some humiliated terrorists, after we all saw their fellow terrorists on TV, chopping the heads off our people!!

Care to include me in that lumping you are currently partaking? I worked with detainees for six months downrange, never remember anything like that. In fact, I remember being told I was a "good man" by a few since I didn't stoop to things like that.

So please, add me into your "enough" of the military.

They sure do, they got "talked" into Valley Forge, Kings Mountain, Fort McHenry, Guadalcanal, Okinawa, Normandy, Pusan, Khe San for their country and for freedom...I could go on naming places where the ultimate sacrifice was made for "freedom" and "their country" but I think you should have gotten the point. And your whole theory of "they got talked into it" is utter and complete BS. You say things like that and forget about the thousands of brave men and women that have died for "their country" and "freedom" and didn't have to be talked into it. They did it because it was their patriotic duty and considered it an honor.

    So watch yourself...

I would certainly hope you are NOT comparing the men and women who provide the freedom you currently enjoy to the Nazis. Oh, please do say you didn't just go there.

You have no idea what these "kids" are made of and furthermore, you have no idea how much they are "indoctrinated" or anything else.

Have you ever served? You make up baseless accusations about the so called brainwashing of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines, but haven't served yourself to see what kind of people they are?

I'm dealing with a crappy real estate dealer right now. You are in real estate, I guess you are a shady , greedy POS as well. I can lump all real estate agents into the same pile as well. I guess the shoe fits.

Please put up your so called "evidence" besides a handful of pictures of a handful of troops that were duly punished for their actions.

And if you even compare the Nazi's to the American fighting men and women again...

These are not isolated incidences, I don't believe that. And they are not 'hazing pranks'. Don't forget these pics are the ones that leaked, your commander and chief refused to release over 1000 photos just like this because he feared a 'back-lash'. I'm not surprised at Obama, I am surprised at some of you. These are well thought out tactics for breaking a person down, mentally. Someone who knows the Arab character knows that they are hyper-masculine, with very heavy male egos. The fact that they forced these guys into gay positions and had women belittling their genitalia is proof of a formulated, well-thought-out agenda to psychologically traumatize these captives. Don't excuse the pictures, and don't sleep on the jack-boots...we've got'em.

A friend of mine defended this prison. They were attacked 24/7, as he was on the front line of defense there. He doesn't condone what happened with these idiots but he has always told me that some people just break down and do stupid s**t, they didn't get any sleep and their friends were being shot and killed right in front of them as they defended this prison. People that were sick before they enlisted used this as an excuse to play "hazing type" of pranks on these inmates. But as Matt said, no one is showing any pictures of the people that we saved and helped huh? The MSM loves to play into stuff like this because it fuels their ratings and it goes against their anti military views. We all know this was wrong, and like I said, my buddy that WAS THERE said that most of the guards and soldiers there thought this was wrong. So these idiots got caught, got in trouble and payed the price. Lets not disrespect the military because if it wasn't for them, you would not be typing on a future machine, you would be speaking German or Japanese or British and probably picking cotton or working in a factory. Know that!

Didnt take long did it TyrannyUnleashed ? Now do you understand my frustrations with the community Brother?
KirkMcquest you are correct with this small group. I notice you didnt show any pictures of the lives we have saved, communities rebuilt or any good things for the majority of the Military community. Also where are these criminals at? Yep we held them accountable. This attitude can go both ways and we can just label all survivalist/preppers bad because of a few nut jobs too but we don't. Lump me in with those sadistic POSs huh, ok, I'll keep that in mind. We have been where SHTF and been the glue that held it together. i dont rely on anyone group but i also dont slam them either, truth is you have no idea what will happen.

Military split, it's always been split with thugs and true soldiers. Remember the days when the judge would send thigs to the Army? what makes you think the same thing isnt happening here? Criminals are on here and learning from this as well and teaching it to there folks too, very few actually know each other.

Hey man, pictures speak louder than words. Nothing cowardly about posting the truth...I'm always willing if someone wants to test my mettle. I also never said that these pictures represent ALL our military, but enough. Military people are just people, they can be talked into alot of things for 'their country' or 'for freedom'. Look at what the nazi's did. Governments can and do use young impressionable kids to do their dirty work, they fill their heads with propaganda and confuse their moral foundation. My point is, if TSHTF and there is a complete breakdown, don't count on these kids, who have been trained and indoctrinated, to suddenly turn on their handlers and fight for your freedom. The evidence suggests otherwise to me.

Anyone read "The End of the Age" by Pat Robertson?

Well in it the story shows how the Military becomes split between believers and non-believers....I think this is what will happen. We all have heard stories where gangs send members to join the military to learn tactics, weapons etc. to come back to the hood to train others.

Well that's the difference between the American soldier, and an attack dog. The Attack dog can ONLY do what it is trained to do, it has no moral or ethical filter to use in determining whether or not it's Master's orders are right or wrong.

The American Soldier on the other hand is more than an attack dog (mostly) He/She is a human being with with ingrained moral and ethical standards that they can use to tell right from wrong, legal from illegal; and they can CHOOSE to obey or not on that basis. This is backed up by their service oath which tells them that they CAN disobey orders if they believe that they are illegal.

My experience with members of Americas armed forces is that they are almost uniformly of high moral character, with a clear understanding of what they can and can not; should and should not do when faced with orders which might require them to violate their oath. While there will be many who blindly follow orders, there will be many more, I believe, who will do the right thing.

To simply equate ALL soldiers with mindless attack dogs is both a knee jerk bias, and insulting to members of our armed forces. They are MEN (in the generic sense) NOT animals.
