The source you are looking at European union times seems to be a disinfo site, like Sorcha Faal, trying to stir things up.
There will be a crossing of the line in the sand, perhaps because of the Treaty on small arms which will try to usurp Second Amendment rights, clearly an unconstitutional move. Nothing contradicting the constitution can stand no matter how many traitors vote for it.
It seems to me that a mind control program with this latest shooting in Norway may very well be what they will try to use to force this garbage on us now that their game of pushing weapons into Mexico has blown up in their faces with the House and Senate investigations.
Someone played with the shooter's Facebook page to include Christian and Conservative in his profile, another indication that a false flag op may be what we are seeing. Goes right along with the Slimey Poo Lawless Center characterization of Christian patriots as terrorists.

Because it was drafted to begin with, and then passed through the house, should frighten the he!! out of us, regardless of it failing in the senate. That source did seem to be sort of a disinfo type deal as mentioned above. Still, that doesn't change that this was moved along and our government officials are making attempts to bring things of this nature into law. The Constitution means virtually nothing anymore. At least not to the politicians. They have NO concern and respect for our Constitution, and many abhor it. It exists as an obstacle in there way to achieve their goal. What if we object? They have NO concern about our objections. Over 50% of the voters pay no taxes. Those people can be bought. Those people have no concern for our Constitution or liberty. This is precisely the type of democracy our founders warned against. It nullifies the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It is 3 wolves and 1 sheep voting on what's for dinner. And as the ball rolls, it picks up momentum. We are rapidly approaching a point where anything is possible. If there are enough government officials in on it, what are you, or we, going to do about it. Evidently, according to this, suggesting that we do something beyond filing suite, makes you a homegrown terrorist. Sooo, challenge it through the courts? Yeah, that doesn't take very long right? We don't have liberal Justices on the Supreme Court, who have made very disconcerting rulings in the past, right? This is one more example of just how close we are to becoming what the founders tried to prevent, and what inspired the Declaration of Independence. Tyranny is very close, and arguably, already here. Also, it is frightening to think that this is only one part of the equation. It's hard to keep up with everything. We need to turn 180 degrees and go full throttle for while. In 2012 we will find out if this cancer is definitely terminal, or if we need further testing to be sure. I think I know what needs to be done. I just don't know how to make it happen. How do get virtually all politicians out and start over, with extremely conservative principals, and have them work non stop to undue as much as possible for a while? Vote? Pray? Try to spread the word? I guess. It failed in the Senate? Great. What happens if Obama gets re-elected, and the Dems take back majority in both bodies of Congress?

O.K. more serious, less ranting thoughts: I really can't see anything that would stop them from doing this if passed. It would take a person being arrested, charged, processed, etc, and fighting it in court. All the way to the Supreme Court. Then, the supreme court would determine the constitutionality of the law. Even with the liberals in the SC, I just can't imagine it being upheld. Maybe. I mean, this is serious, tyrannical stuff. You could be picked up at your house and jailed for participating on this forum. It would depend on who was in the position to make those determinations about how "radical" your views are. That is one problem with the language used. Nothing is defined. I would think that if there was some rallying force that would come out against this, they should have been out rallying by now. It is far too late after the law is passed. I think it could happen. Just needed to pass the Senate. Even if overturned by the SC, that won't happen until someone goes through arrest, imprisonment, and the legal battle. If you are a terrorist do you get the same rights to a speedy trial, etc? If Obama can misinterpret the Geneva convention, and have have real life terrorists provided American, Constitutional rights, while ignoring the military tribunal, which should be handling them, why couldn't he do the reverse for homegrown terrorists. Under the Geneva Convention, enemy combatants are to be held until after the war is over, correct? Which would "homegrown terrorists" be considered? Obama routinely reverses policy as he sees fit. Libya is a perfect example.
