  • Survival and Prepardeness Outlet Store???

Yes, I saw one, off of Exit 17N on I-87 up past Saratoga Springs NY. It looked like a cheese factory with posters on the front. But I thought it was funny that the name was EP "Outlet" Store...lol

    I found this..https://www.facebook.com/pages/Emerg...33767236697437

    Their phone number is funny....

$8 bucks for a 40mm ammo can is a good deal, to bad the store is over 1000 miles from my house.

Here is another place for buckets and ammo cans. Looks like they are going to start stocking other items. I haven't been there yet. I'm going to try to run by today while I'm in the big city.

Suppliers of New IBC tote, Reconditioned IBC, Rebottled IBC, Used Fiber Drums, Reconditioned Poly Drums, Steel Drums, Wholesale Whiskey Barrel, Stave.

I've wondered a few times if opening a preparedness store would be a good idea or not. There certainly is no local competition in atlanta area. Some items would be similar to what the old fashion army navy surplus stores carried. How are they doing? I can't remember the last time I've been in one of those. I do most almost all my prepping related shopping on the internet anyways - guess I might have answered my own question.

        Too much internet competition

In the Atlanta area I truly believe the Northside would be the better fit but, you can go to some small town surplus stores or even on the net and get the same stuff. A store would be a good thing to convert people and teach them about EP but I would rather keep that knowledge for a select few. I am sorry but I dont care to teach sheep how to not bah as much. Besides, if and when I get the extra money, I want to buy from some of the forum guys and whoever they recommend.
I personally like Cheaper than Dirt and Emergency Preparedness and their catalogs.

The Army Navy store in Forest Park is still alive and kicking. Bought my backpacking bag there and some other various goodies. I hear there is a gun shop in Butler GA that is second to none. When I finally get my cash up, I am buying my AK from them

What a coincidence - I thought there were no preparedness type stores in the Atlanta areas then today stumble across this -

American Preparedness Center (APC) is in Marietta and is opening a new store soon in Norcross. I'll mosey over to the norcross store when they open up.
