            Okay, that one leaps right past amazing. They didn't show how long it took for the whole process, and I'm sure it was compressed, but if you can do that, so what? Like he said, if you need it in space, you need it. I would have like to see him drive a nail with the wrench, (to check it's bangability) but I am more than suitably impressed. They printed a small engine block, I wonder if you could print a working engine? You do have to scan the thing first, but maybe you could scan the individual parts and then tell it how to put them together? Man, I'm getting blown away by the possibilities!

              I would replicate some Klingons - I eat Klingons for breakfast. They taste like chicken, just tougher. Good survival food.

                The video is very similar to the mockup printers we've had now for twenty years. I'm also not quite sure how you intend to print a gun or a wrench from plastic.
