  • Emergency Financial First Aid Kit

With tornado and hurricane season upon us, I thought some of us might find this pdf document useful.

Not being one to have a lot of faith in our federal government, I was pleasantly surprised to find that FEMA had actually done a pretty good job on generating a free checklist document called EFFAK (Emergency Financial First Aid Kit).

You might want to complete your check list and keep a copy on zip drive at a relative's home, safe deposit box or in another safe place.

Things like this go right back to Katrina, when lots of people didn't even have there drivers license (or # memorized) to prove who they were. something else to think of is to take pictures of your assets, so if something none TEOTWAWKI happens insurance can see what you owned, and less hurdles to deal with.
