  • Monsanto strikes again, and again, and again....

A friend told me today that Thomas, a Supreme Court Justice, once worked for Monsanto. I did a quick search on that, to verify it, and guess what I found?

Barry Estabrook highlights the fact that Kagan filed suit on behalf of MONSANTO in an attempt to overturn the ban on GE alfalfa.  So now we not only would have Clarence Thomas, former Monsanto at…

One of the flaws with our system, the lifetime tenure of Supreme Courts combined with the appointment system which is a FLAMING JOKE!
We have appointed Supreme Court Justices based solely on their political view and NOT their ability to fairly judge based on the ONLY documentation that they are suppose to judge by: the CONSTITUTION!!

One only has to look at the right to bear arms and how every time it has come to the supreme court it barely makes butter with a 5-to-4 vote. That is FOUR supreme court justices that ROUTINELY say that we do not have the right to bear arms even though the constitution clearly states we do.

It gets better. Apparently, Justice Thomas has been filing financial disclosure forms for years stating that his wife has no income, and guess what! She does. I didn't read far enough into it to find out where that income is coming from, (maybe I subconsciously don't want to know?) but the reason I heard about it was that there has been a petition started to have him impeached. We need to do some of that, to get these buzzards out of office. Just sayin'....

@Bearman202: only problem with that, Thomas is the most conservative and "letter of the constitution" as it may be that is in the court. You impeach him now, and Hussein gets to put in another liberal. Than we ALL lose, because that will make 5 freaking big government liberals, vs 4 conservatives. America as we know it, will be crushed!!

I had always thought that Thomas was one of the good guys. I gave a contribution to Alan Keyes when he was running for president back in the 90's, but he was UN ambassador and didn't see anything wrong with that. The tentacles of the monster have penetrated almost everywhere.
Monsanto has to be one of the very worst corporations in the world. The worst is that the harm they have done and are still doing will continue to haunt the world long after the people rise up in disgust and wipe that foul mess off the face of the earth. Terminator seeds and the control and destruction of the independent seed companies will bear bitter fruit for mankind.
          III We are everywhere.
