Howdy all,

these photos are from the area of Belarus. Currently, Belarus is beginning to have some issues with their currency becoming very devalued and increasing inflation. And some of the people over there are starting to panic... with possibly good reason.

The photos are from several supermarkets and a large warehouse (i.e.~ their version of Costco)

Those were some scary pictures. Remind me of pre hurricane groceries stores. Why are the shelves empty. It it because people are scared? It is due to the devaluation? Wish we had more information on what's going on there. Looks like a pre-curser of U.S. times to come.

reminded me of what the USSR grocery stores looked like in the 80's with their bread lines and what not. Now it looks like they are headed back to that again....sheesh those people just can't catch a break.
