Wow, very cool. Yes, an asteroid hitting would be bad for... everyone.

This illustrates the vulnerability of our coasts to a rogue nuclear threat. They wouldn't have to get a shipping container into a harbor. Just close enough for the coast guard to come out and search them. Thanks for sharing.

Ha ha!!! I like that! (not that I like the idea of a nuclear or astroid impact) I think I'm gonna have to show some people this. Thanks for posting!

trying to find a color chart that tells what kind of damage could be expected. like the tsar bomba, from tinker AFB in oklahoma city, i fall about the edge of the second to last ring of color (outside, away from the center of the explosion)

looks like i'm safe from a 10mt blast though so thumbs up there!

not even the pressure wave hits me. or the fallout. i live in an awesome spot, very unimportant. low population

Living 40 miles out of Atlanta, GA, the nuke demo map looks more like the Golden Horde leaving Atlanta.

This is a nice app and i will have fun showing to a few people. Fortunately I believe the most likely nuke attack would be in the form of a dirty bomb that would only effect a few city blocks initially. Granted the following panic/looting/running that would follow would be a different story. My wife and i have a agreement that if a nuke goes off anywhere in the country we go to our BOL for at least a week to see what happens.
