It happens everyday in one way or another. Here is a link to an article i found interesting, the local police are sending out questionnaires to gun stores asking for information about people buying AR 15s. But i doubt it stops there it is just the beginning. At the link they have the letter posted also.

Earlier this week most, if not all, firearms dealers in Washington received a letter from the Washington State Patrol asking for data on ALL AR-15s (and clones) and AR-15 lower receivers sold or purchased by the dealers over the past nine months. The information sought was reportedly requested pursuant to an investigation of a stolen AR-15.

They take away our rights, because most Americans do not know what our rights are. The 2nd Amendment does not grant us a right, it restricts the government from infringing on our rights. Our right to bear arms is an unalienable right that is God given. It cannot be granted or taken away by any government.

Whenever they restrict, infringe, or control the right to own or bear arms, for whatever excuse or reason, they are violating the Constitution and our Liberty. Law makers or politician who advocate gun control are traitors. The right to bear arms "Shall Not Be Infringed." It really is as simple as that.
