Second, why has American turned into "You can't film this, because we don't want a video record of it." ???? WTH people, what have we become? I do not know if it is illegal in California, I DO know it is illegal in Maryland (thanks to Monica Lewinski). It is sad that we have the technology to PROVE a story, one way or another, but it is illegal or not allowed unless you get the other person's permission...
