Celebrating Over 30 Years of Prepping

I have been prepping for over 30 years. It was hard to meet people who were survivalists or preppers. Today it is easier and I am amazed at the number of great people who are aware and getting prepared. There are many excellent resources for preppers. I only hope I can contribute to the community and share some of the things I have learned over the years.

Good for you, it is good I am not alone. I started in 1957 with my first allowance. I bought a flashlight,book of matches and a pocket knife. 54 years later,these items have seen me and many others thru some hard times. Thanks RangerRick for the encouragement. You have been at it for a long time. I remember as a kid, all my friends and myself had pocket knives. It was normal. Today too many kids live for video games and never get the chance to get outdoors in the woods to camp. God bless you brother.

Hey protus, you make some great vids. I am still using a low definition camera. And the computer I am using is not fast enough for high def. But I am using a good editing program. High definition will be a challenge. Thanks for the complement.

Thanks. Back then, people including my family thought I was nuts. At least there are more preppers. But I guess the general public still think we are nuts. That's OK with me. We just gotta keep on prepping.

Hey Urban Survivalist, thanks for the complement. Ya, there is some funky stuff going down at the old FED. Wish more people were aware. It do think it is time to "END the FED."
