CCW Insurance

I was reading another forum, and one of the people there was talking about CCW insurance. Has anyone heard of that? Apparently, the person had to use his carry piece to save a life. He was arrested, and it cost him almost $70,000 to get his life back. With legal fees, bond, etc. it makes sense to have insurance. He said he was found not guilty, but the lawyers took their pound of flesh first.

I carry an umbrella policy , it helps knowing I have insurance to cover just about anything . I also have a fantastic lawyer who nips most problems before they could get out of hand . Our country has become a sue happy nation , so just like having prepared for SHTF scenarios , I stayed prepared with my lawyer to keep the jackels at bay , since I can't use a varmint round on them .

I have umbrella insurance and plus the fact that I am in the most gun positive state, well maybe number two, I will take my chances with self representation if it comes to that. If i lose, fall back on my umbrella insurance. Just the thought of telling my insurance agent that I carry scares the heck out of my wallet. He almost jumped out of my pocket right into the Mrs purse. LOL

I am betting if you compare your CCW Insurance against the cost of Umbrella Insurance you will be shocked. CCW you are ADMITTING to the insurance company you are a higher risk...

There is insurance and if you carry at the very least have lawyer on retainer and carry those #s too to include their cell # because you probably will not shoot anyone between the hours of 9 and 4 monday thru friday minus holiday minus vacations, golf days etc. when they are actually at the office.

Get ahold of Todd Burke at www.Tactical-Specialties.com He is a streight shooter, (pun intended), I've worked with him in the past as well as some of his co-workers and He will set you streight on what you need as far as insurance and won't B.S. you. I also have a lawer on retainer but it is the one Todd recomends. If you want more info e-mail me or give me a call.
