    I read that O2 absorbers will effect yeast and decrease the batters abillity to rise. Has anyone experienced decreased rise in products like Krusteaz

    Actually it's the baking POWDER in that mix that you need to be careful of. Throw it out after 2 years.

    BTDT, got the bulged cans.

    NEVER attempt to open a bulged can.
