Feminine Hygiene - so how long does this stuff last? As a father, husband and someone who has been trained that they can be used on wounds I have that question. I am constantly searching for holes in my game and I came up with this after a recent rush trip to the store at the request of my daughter and thought why don't we have a bunch of these and why don't I have these stored?

i leave it up to my wife. She has some.. i also remind her monthly.......how long does that last....how much do you have put away.... and the result is 1-3 packs being purchased the next day. Oldest ones i have are maybe 4+ years....the amount grows but like TP around women. once they know its there they use it...;pHey Petunia...you dropped your man pad!

Might try to talk her into (my wife does not like the idea) of the keeper (or simular), it would if nothing else help out to stretch the other paper supplies.

Welllllllllllll - gentlemen, the keeper looks like a plunger. Yuk! I would worry about infection. There was a similar devise marketed in the 70's which worked much the same way. It caused serious infections in thousands of women before it was pulled from the market.
As far as feminine Hygiene products are concerned, look to the past. Disposable products are 20th century products and were much welcomed by women, but like our ancestors, there are ways of dealing with the problem that goes back to the caves.

My wife has looked into some paterns to sew her own reusable pads. Do a search. One good source is the bramblestitches blog on www.backwoodshome.com She also has paterns for homemade cloth diapers. Cause there WILL be babies born in the PAW, and they WILL need diapers.
