  • use for Hydrogen Peroxide?

I am changing water treatment systems, and will be left with an untapped 10-gallon "jug" of hydrogen peroxide that the old system used the new on won't. It cost me something like $80 delivered, so I don't want to discard it. Is gthere any prep (or even non-prep) use I could make of this?

I found this link. I wouldn't throw it out since you already own it.

If you are training a pup and it "leaks" on your carpet clean it up with paper towels and then pour some of the hydrogen peroxide on it and it will eliminate the order instantly. No need to buy expensive products.

Depending on the concentration, a 3% solution Hydrogen Peroxide can be used to clean wounds very effectively. http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/456300_3

In fact, it has many uses. As an oral mouthwash, it reduces bacteria and improves hygiene. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8247815

Believe it or not, use it disinfect your cutting board, counter tops, dish clothes etc etc . . .

Just be sure to check the concentration.

Works great as a ear wax softner and also usually takes care of the first onsets of a out ear infection. However, if you do not catch the outer ear infection early enough, you will need antibiotics.
