The "rebels" are supposedly supported by Turkey's Erdogan, who is a very questionable member of NATO. Syria will likely turn into a Yemen/Somalia type country. There are still US troops in Syria, and one wonders if their safety is in jeopardy. For Israel, a more watchful eye on rebel military movements and one more enemy on the border. Syrian Christians will get the heck out of Dodge, if the threat becomes too great. Will the US move to protect them? Unlikely with Biden in the WH. -
If I were a betting man, I would say we are funding both sides of this....when in fact its not our battle.Protecting the sheep from the wolves that want them, their family, their money and full control of our Country!
