and that arrow was used to harm someone
i don't think most folks would blame me.
howsomeever, if i bragged about selling an arrow to the local bada@@ and he went and shot the town benefactor mayor,
then i might get dragged into the courtroom or the mayor may send someone after me.

although, they are trying to do just that with Gun manufacturers....if someone uses XYZ brand in a homicide, they want to prosecute the XYZ company...not sure that will go anywhere, but it had been bantered about...
