I AM curious and nobody is speaking of it.
Per Constitution and current law, the President MUST HAVE BEEN BORN OF AMERICAN CITIZENS.

Kamala Harris's parents WERE NOT American citizens.

So how did she get in there? Same way all the sneaky lowdown stuff going on.

So if Joe leaves, does the Speaker of the House become President automatically?

As I understand it, Kamala Harris was born in the US, so even though her parents were not American citizens, she is.

"The U.S. Constitution states that the president must:
