a portion of your area has a large cantankerous group that wants your whole area killed and run off.
that they constantly back up their hate speech and desire to kill with actions which line up with their rhetoric.
to keep them happy, (or attempt to satisfy them) you have meetings. you tell your warrior types to let them live. you ask their kin in other areas to help them move out and in the meantime to be peaceful. the results being that their speech is constantly about how they want to kill, you, your women, your children, then drag the dead through the streets and hang them from high places.
the world wants you to be nice and be sweeter to the killers and just let them do their evil.
but very often they kill some of your folks and every few years they rise up and attempt to kill all...

so if this were to be your area, would you think would be a wise procedure?

maybe this is better to just be a "think about it"
and probably best to not answer in writing! but maybe we can talk about it in a hypothetical manner, such as, Well, my next door neighbors third cousin has a co worker who thinks that ....
you should just feed them, house them, give them free medicine, let them vote in your elections, bow humbly as you get off the sidewalk when they walk by.

I thought I heard years ago how "prepared" Israel was, how "everyone" was armed all the time, required to take at least some self defense training, pistol training, etc.

What happened to that?

This is one way to disrupt peace talks between Israel and Saudi Arabia. I see the Biden admin's initial response was for Israel not to "escalate" the situation. Israel just suffered a massive and well-coordinated attack and shouldn't react in kind??? Biden had to backtrack on that as he always has to, because his foreign policy decisions are absolute garbage. Perhaps the $6B in Iranian funds released haven't left the Qatar bank account, but their presence is a great credit standing to advance Hamas a lot of weaponry. Americans celebrating this attack in the streets, eh Squad? IMHO, it's time to clear out the Gaza Strip to secure the state of Israel, and clear the terrorist-loving Squad out of Congress.

and a few americans and europeans realize, hey, this mess might get big, real big, do you reckon we should go down to wally world and get a few extra groceries. their concern is that the credit cards are already maxxed out. some of the euros, and americans wonder if they should try to sell grandpas silver dollars for groceries. and a few americans decide they are owed a nice meal and a better tv and this would be a good time just to send little will to go get some of that stuff from the store... that 's a rich store.. they'll never miss 1 tv and some frozen pizzas.

Have friend who have transitioned thru Israel and it sure ain't a 2nd amendment country.
He was working for them in a mil capacity and even he had trouble getting his HK 91 into the country and this was years ago.
Most can have pistols but limited to 50 rounds of ammo and you're licensed but have to re-test every 18 months. It's as bad as NYC.
If you're prior military, you can have A rifle BUT you can't keep it in your house .....unless you were a blessed pet puppy and were in an ELITE mil unit. Hahahahaha. Normal political carp.

I'm more disturbed about germany? Did they put some magic testerone remover in the milk and butter? The Germans USED TO have balls but apparently not any more.

heard a new (to me!) phrase today..
i think it was lgop... meaning something like... a small wall armed group of soldiers that get to where they want to be and can be very effective...
something like a "little group of paratroopers"

my associate felt like the ishies had read the same book he had. indicating that several very small groups of soldiers caused a heap big pile of trouble for the israelites.
