One time at a training class a certain unorthodox Russian trainer was questioned about dropping from standing to the modified prone position. He had demonstrated this in videos before. The guy asking him had to be in his 20's, the trainer was closer to my age (late 30s-40s at the time). The younger guy wasn't in bad shape, just had probably never tried what he was asking about. Your basically dropping your body from standing to a knee on one side and leg forward on the other. We were in a gym, so there were mats.

The Russian trainer picked up a big ole stick, this seminar was in a martial arts studio so I think it was one of those heavy bo staff type deals.

He looks at the student and says "I'm going to swing this at your head, you F#$@in' know me, you know I will clock your head if you don't drop..." wind up and swing and the young guy drops perfectly into that position he previously thought he could not get into like that.

Sonny puts the stick back against the wall and says "you see, you just lacked PROPER MOTIVATION."

When ever the gov speaks, think/do the opposite...that is my go to....

Think of all the "conspiracy theories" that 6-12 months later have come to be fact. All of them the gov were poo-pooing and telling you the exact opposite and then the truth comes out later....I do not believe my government lies any more. What politician can you trust? What gov agency can you trust? R and D are a uniparty now days. Who can you rely on....yourselves and your clan. If people here have not seen it and are stepping things up, we cannot help you.
