Being I am in FL, I would like to have DeSantis four more years not two...What I would be afraid of if both run is that they would trash each other and give the libs ammunition against them each..Some are saying Tulsi, but I am not sure she is a wolf in sheep clothing. Are there not any other conservative(s) that could run that we don't have to hold our nose for when we vote?Protecting the sheep from the wolves that want them, their family, their money and full control of our Country!

If Trump wants to run, God love 'im. In spite of the DS's best efforts, he's still a free man. Who could run with him? Not any sitting or newly elected members of Congress - we can't afford to lose a single seat! Someone not from either coasts, so we can pick up flyover country voters. That leaves governors, AGs, or some successful conservative business person. Who might that be - haven't a clue off the top of my head, but it will need to be someone who can counter Trump's abrasiveness...Maybe Kelly Tshibaka if she loses to Murkowski.Comment

In 2016, I didn't vote for Trump in the primary, but I did vote for him in the general election. I was quite surprised and happy with what he got done. I also voted for him in 2020.
IF he's the Republican in the 2024 general election, I'd pick him over what ever clown is the Dem choice.
HOWEVER....... If it's him and Desantis in the primary, I'll pick DeSantis.
I try to look at the big picture. The Republican vote alone won't get him elected. He'd need some moderate/independent votes too. And I just feel he's got to much baggage to get thru the election. You know the Dems would run commercials every 5 minutes showing him and the Jan 6th protests. The main stream media would air every crap story they could find on him. (Hell, when have they stopped??) The anti-Trump republicans would be all over the place.
Also, while I'm not an official "2020 Election Denier", I still think some very shady stuff took place with the 2020 election. I don't trust the mail -in ballot system. We're going to need a candidate who's killing it in the polls going into the election. I'm not sure Trump can pull it off again. Also, based on how many of his chosen picks lost last week, I don't think he has the same following that he use to..Comment

The state run media, SRM, are going to spend the next two years trashing everyone with the GOP title. They will make everyone of them look bad, and it has already started with Trump and DeSantis. If there is one or two that throw their hat in the ring and the SRM does not trash them, then it will make me wonder. I think Pence is setting himself up for a possible run, and i think Kari Lake is setting herself up as a possible VP for Trump to pick as running mate. It is still very early, but this is how it will be for the next two years....Protecting the sheep from the wolves that want them, their family, their money and full control of our Country!
