Looks like it passed the house.

"Won't pass the Senate". I remember hearing similar guff in the early 90's. People got lazy, apathetic, "this won't happen." Then it did.

Of course it passed the House - the Demwits pass all kids of things but hopefully cooler heads will prevail in the Senate. The ultimate solution is to retake both the House and the Senate, and be able to undo the damage.

exactly....we cannot count on any politician to vote in favor of The Constitution anymore....

difference is...in australia they complied. We wont here and there is NO way to enforce it without CW2 kicking off. Large population centers would get hit hard, and I am sure people would for the most part they would comply...not out here in the sticks. and those that were trying to enforce would be quickly removed. they would setup "task forces" with local LEO and most small town LEO wouldnt stand for it. At least where I live.
