  • making electricity.... plant needs some coal..

pulled from another site regarding a georgia coal powered power plant. . i don't know anyone involved in this story..

    ----------------
One of my sons works at Plant Bowen which is a Georgia Power plant. When he began working there six years ago, the coal heap was a half a mile long and 100 feet high rising like a mountain in the landscape. There was enough coal to provide power to all of the southeast for 4 to 5 years. Today, they have enough for one month. The coal cars used to run through twice a day. Now, my son reports getting maybe one train a week. The plant is currently running only one unit at half capacity, because they simply don't have the coal to fire up the other units.
Now here's something that you may not know. The ash that is produced from the burning of coal is used in many everyday products. Things like concrete, fertilizer, asphalt, Portland cement, bricks, gypsum panel products (dry wall), and on and on. The fly ash is collected and sold to manufacturers who produce the building products mentioned above. So, you see, when there's no coal to burn, there's no ash. And when there's no ash, there will be shortages (and higher prices) for items that are vital to our economy. Look at that list again and ponder this: U.S. coal shipments to China saw a 30-fold increase in the second quarter of 2021 placing it just behind India as the largest importer of American coal.
Something unusual is going on. My son has worked at the power plant long enough to understand that things are not right. They are not getting coal.

Between regulations designed to close coal-fired plants, and the debt owed by this admin to CCP (blackmail), I am not surprised but I am dismayed. This regime is destroying the present and our children's/grandchildren's future with their insanely blind march toward a green future that's decades off.

The US screwed itself when we went against nuclear energy.

It is all a green scam (insert vomit emoji if I had one)...TPTB are selling this BS to the sheeples. Take EVs...where do they get their power from to charge the batteries...oh wait...COAL powered power plants...but you ask the owner, and they are likely to answer I plug it into the plug...its all electric. https://youtu.be/j_Z8k1IAwgY?t=384
When are they going to talk about battery powered airplanes? Does Big Al (Gore) fly on an electric private jet? We are having blackouts now, can you imagine plugging millions of EVs into the power grid? But good ole Pete says we will just build more infrastructure? When Pete? Well lets talk wind...what happens when the wind isn't blowing? The same as when the sun is not shining..no energy produced. Who makes the majority of transformers for power grids (which you need for both solar and wind power)?...China, who makes all the windmills?...China has nine windmill companies, who makes the solar panels,? last I heard China makes 80% of the panels. So Petey, tell me who in America will make these things for us to go green when we go to war with China over Taiwan?...and after the fossil fuel industry has been decimated. You do know turning a power plant on is not just walking into the front door, wiping the cobwebs off a few things and flip a switch back on...it takes a bit longer than that! Look, I understand that solar and wind are things, good things, but they WILL NOT replace fossil fuels. I have some solar at my house and tiny home and understand it a bit. I see how many batteries it takes to get just a few things running at night. However, Biden's plan is to decrease carbon emissions by 50% by 2030, and be net-zero by 2050. Can you imagine the amount of batteries it will take for just supplying one city like let's say NYC from when the sun goes down til the sun comes back up...in the winter when everyone needs to stay warm, and taxi's run 24/7...think about that...

The PTB are implementing ESG scoring and it has started to happen in America. I start this video at 5:05 but whole thing is good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jw__d7V9Blg

The PTB are hypocrites though, but nobody will know as it is being kept a secret, shhh, don't tell anyone.... https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/es...ing-oil-stocks quote from article: "Managers of environmental, social and governance funds are starting to shift a larger portion of their assets to oil and gas producers, especially in Europe.
European-based ESG equity funds have been increasing their investments in energy companies, including Shell Plc, Repsol SA, Aker BP ASA and Neste Oyj, according to analysts at Bank of America Corp. About 6% of the funds invested in Shell this year, compared with none in 2021.
The allocations are driven by the outperformance of fossil-fuel stocks -- the S&P 500 Energy Index is up 30% this year..."

So, let me get this straight...TBTB/elites start an ESG score for companies and pheasants, but....they are themselves are buying into these fossil fuel companies because the fossil fuel industry is up 30%....hmmm, but if I buy into those companies then my ESG score gets dinged...ahh, got it! TPTB know EXACTLY what they are doing....Rant off....and posting this my ESG score just took a dump, and yours did as well for reading this....
