well here is the crazy thing. did you read the comments? all of the trains in the North East Corridor are ELECTRIC. as in they are like subway trains they get their power from the rail. if that fails not only does the train quit running the train has zero power to run AC or heat and THERE IS NO WAY TO GET ANOTHER TRAIN DOWN THE TRACK TO PICK PEOPLE UP. not like a diesel or diesel electric train that if it croaks they just send another engine hook up and continue.
