So I bought 2 cheap canister camp stoves (ultralight backpacking cannister camp stove with piezo $14.95 from Amazon).
I gave it a test today. Temperature was 40F with a slight wind, it took 3:33 minutes to boil 2 cups of water in a copper pot . It was a little bit tippy, top-heavy so it will need to be placed on a good flat surface when used. The larger version fuel canister may help the tipsiness.
Overall I'm pleased as the stove & small fuel canister fit inside the cooper pot.
I will add some aluminum foil to the package to use as an improvised wind screen.
I plan on putting one in my GHB and one in the truck kit.
I'll try to add photos once I figure how to get them from my new phone to the computer.
