I went to the Amish to get some supplies and they have put in a ton of new product. Ketchup freeze dry in a mylar bag , butter dried, all kinds of dried and dehydrated food stuff from beans to soup mixes. I asked if they would sell by the 25 or 50 lb. bag at a discount and they said yes. It might be worth looking at if you have those nice folk in your area. Not all of the product was pre-pack but a vacuum sealer will do a nice job.
