Financing Your Small Farm

I occassionally purchase a magazine named "The New Pioneer" at the news stand. Usually makes for pretty good reading about homesteading. This is issue covers natural insect control, a small solar article, small scale farming, drip irrigatiion, etc.

I am not an advocate of financing properties if you help it, but there is a good article on educating you on when trying to finance your farm or rural proprerty. How to approach a lender and/or an owner. It also describes the challenges confronted and some alternative approaches.

I thought some of those trying to relocate to the country might like to read it.
