I work in the Medical gas/liquid business and have aquired some cylinders over the years with my company. We salvage and pick up unwanted cylinders as part of my Job and I get to keep some of them we dont rent or sell any longer. Mostly home use portables sizes B,C,D, and ugly E's. My owner lets me retest and fill them to sell / trade. We do not do home use, only large (H) and microbulk to ME accounts.
I have 4 D size medical oxygen cylinders with regulators for sale or trade. One "E" size oxygen also for sale/trade. These come in "test" ,full, with lott number. I can e-mail pictures if needed. It will be local pick up or delivery only. I can not ship full cylinders...sorry. I can also bring them with me to the expo if you want one. You will have to acquire your own tubing and mask. If interested I will give cash price... for trades Mags, ammo, the usual. If local I can also refill for you as needed, as well. we are a small mom n pop business.
