We got left holding the bag for almost 1,000 masks a month after 9/11 when the fickle public changed minds, cancelled orders, etc. Any compassion I had for last minute sheeple wanna be preppers went out the window then.

Yeah, it came and went... I didn't get stuck with as much inventory as you did though... 1000 masks? ouch... I learned a lesson then too. But also made some great sales...

I just sold all my extra KIO3 and iOSAT on ebay... The market demand was pulling $350 for one iOSAT pack ($10 in normal times, when the wise and prudent buy and stock up) and $150 for Medical Corps KIO3. The iOSAT is running about $150 on ebay now... I had good timing I guess... Financed more preps for me...

People are freaking out here in the states also. Then they act rude because items run out of inventory in minutes and replacements cost more due to wholesalers jacking up prices. All the while, they "shoulda woulda coulda" done it before and avoided all this. You have to expect shortages, price increases, etc. when you wait till the SHTF before you really start preparing....

This morning when I was watching the news I saw the ticker scroll across saying that the Japanese Gov't is asking people to only buy what they need and to avoid stocking up on things like water and batteries and other items that will be needed in the hardest hit areas to avoid hoarding!!


Another reason to have a stockpile before TSHTF!!
